2027 Platinum Event Package Prize Draw Terms
Promoter: Mardles Life Limited trading as Proper Games, Longmeadow House, Cambridge Road, Melbourn, SG8 6EY.
1. Entry period
The prize draw opens on 15 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 20 December 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be included. The winner will be selected on 23 December 2026.
2. Eligibility
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. One entry is permitted per person/email address. The event for which the prize is used must take place during 2027.
3. The prize
One winner will receive a Proper Games Platinum Event Package for one 2027 event, comprising hosted and personalised nine-hole Mini Golf, Evening Play, Garden Games and Mardles Explorer Club. The package has a usual selling value of more than £1,500. The prize has no cash alternative and may not be exchanged or transferred for cash.
The prize includes events within the Proper Games standard service area. Events outside that area may be accepted at Proper Games’ discretion, subject to availability and any travel supplement agreed with the winner before the booking is confirmed.
4. Availability
The prize is subject to event-date availability and normal venue access, safety and operational requirements. Entry does not reserve the entrant’s proposed event date. If the winner’s submitted date is unavailable, Proper Games and the winner will use reasonable efforts to agree another available date in 2027.
5. Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the closing date. The selection will be recorded in Proper Games’ administration system. The winner will be contacted using the email address supplied with their entry.
6. Claiming the prize
The winner must respond within 7 days of the first notification. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not respond within that period, Proper Games may select another winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
7. Non-winners and marketing
Entry into the draw does not require consent to marketing. Entrants who separately choose the optional marketing checkbox may receive Proper Games offers and event ideas, including a post-draw offer for competition entrants. Entrants who do not opt in will not be added to that marketing list.
8. General
Proper Games may make reasonable changes to these terms where necessary to administer the draw fairly, provided this does not materially disadvantage entrants. The promoter may withdraw or suspend the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
